This way if you want mid-tech you have two reliable sources, low tech you have a reliable source, and high-tech you have a reliable source too.

I think Lud should have tons of low-end ships for sale, Tri-tach should have almost exclusively high-tech ships for sale, and the others should have a range of all of it (with about 50% mid-tech, 25% low and high). Now I understand scarcity of hulls to an extent, but I think the markets should be more specialised. But now, it seems like even their military base is lots of medium tech with a bit of low, and a scattering of high just slightly above what you find elsewhere.

It used to be that, for high-tech, the tri-tach station only really stocked high-tech and there was a lot of variety in what you could buy from them. While the latter I can find SOME of on tri-tachyon worlds, I have found it very difficult to find fighters. I really want high-tech fighters, and high-tech capitals. I have found especailly, a great difficulty buying high-tech hulls from anywhere. I too have found a massive scarcity in hulls.
